CBI is an Integrated Behavioral Healthcare organization who uses a holistic approach to treating addiction and behavioral health concerns. CBI’s passionate medical and behavioral health professionals share a commitment to attending to the needs of the community. The Problem
During COVID in 2021 there were huge staffing shortages in healthcare and behavioral health. CBI senior leadership prioritized improving staffing levels and employee retention and becoming a better, more competitive employer.
The Solution
Abigail had worked at two other organizations who offered WorkLife Partnership’s Resource Navigation service so when tasked by her CEO to find solutions to staffing shortages, she immediately thought of WorkLife. Since launching services in 2021, WorkLife has become deeply embedded in their caring and patient-focused employee culture. She attributes WorkLife to increased staffing stability and satisfaction.
One in 10 employees have utilized WorkLife services at least once, demonstrating strong engagement and value.
