About Sid

Sid Pailla is the Founder and CEO of Sunny Day Fund – a financial technology company that partners with employers to deliver workplace emergency savings as a benefit, driving better retention and well-being. Shaped by his own personal experiences as an immigrant, Sid is passionate about creating economic opportunity and freedom for all and has published thought leadership on workplace financial inclusion & equity. Sid formerly served as a Technology Strategy consultant with Accenture where he advised multi-billion dollar M&A deals and enterprise transformations. Before that he was an avid learner across two startups and four degrees at the University of Virginia, including his PhD and MBA. Sid lives with his incredible wife and manipulative dog in the DC area.
