I have been in the market for a larger apartment that is also located closer to my job at Ryther in Seattle. Unfortunately, the average rent for an appropriate apartment is considerably higher than I had anticipated. My Work Life partner representative was able to find out that there are properties that take income into account when establishing rental amount and terms. I am confident that I will be able to move at the end of my lease in September. I had hoped to be able to simply transfer my lease but my current landlord has made that unaffordable and inconceivable.
