Lauren joined WorkLife Partnership in 2021 with over a decade of experience in workforce development, youth development, and employer engagement in Denver. She also brings extensive community organizing experience from years spent in Los Angeles and Mexico City and is thrilled to be part of the WorkLife team supporting employers to best serve their workforce.
Lauren is a values-driven leader with a demonstrated history of leading diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of complex and challenging environments. She is an enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for building relationships and empowering others to lead fulfilling personal and professional lives. Above all else, Lauren is dedicated to equity and is proud of the work that WorkLife does in advancing economic opportunity and stability for all people.
Lauren lives in Denver with her wife and their two-year-old daughter. She has a BA in Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. In her free time, she loves hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
