Through our collaboration, we’ve connected Starbucks partners to critical resources and emergency financial assistance, easing stress and improving overall stability.

“ A Partner facing domestic violence and financial instability was managing alone after her ex-partner’s incarceration. With her Navigator, she reviewed expenses and accessed resources like discounted internet, a free phone, utility assistance, and TANF. They explored income options, including extra hours at Starbucks, and connected her to Lyra and the CUP Fund. Grateful, she shared how the support made a meaningful difference.”
