Supportive Services
When life throws your employee an unexpected expense, WorkLife’s Supportive Service Program can provide direct financial assistance to employees when other options have been exhausted.
Budget Review: Before qualifying for assistance, employees work with a Navigator to ensure that this one-time expense will not become an ongoing need.
Vendor Payment: WorkLife coordinates direct payment to vendors so funding goes where it's intended.
Utility Assistance: Dedicated funding* to help employees with overdue heat or electric bills allowing them to redirect limited budgets to other household bills like rent or food.
*Currently available for Colorado employers and their employees only.
Already have an Employee Assistance Fund? WorkLife can relieve the burden of managing and administering Assistance Funds ensuring judicious and equitable distribution. Different support options are available:
Compulsory Referrals: Employees applying for assistance meet with a Navigator as part of the qualification process to determine if there’s another resource available that might solve the problem at hand.
Fund Management: WorkLife manages and distributes dedicated employee funds, taking the burden of difficult decisions about who receives–and who doesn’t–from your team.
Fund Distribution: Employers manage their own funds with employees referred by Navigators who complete pre-qualification checks and provide wrap-around support.
